About us
Local tradespeople you can trust
Northwood Building & Maintenance has been serving homeowners across Pontefract and the surrounding areas with quality fencing, walls, and building repairs.
Our story
Northwood Building & Maintenance was founded with one simple goal — to provide honest, reliable building work to homeowners who want the job done properly. Based in Pontefract, we've built our reputation one project at a time, through word of mouth and repeat customers who know they can count on us.
We specialise in fencing installation, garden wall construction, and general building repairs. Whether you need a new close-board fence, a brick boundary wall, or a repair that's been on your to-do list for too long, we bring the same care and attention to every job — no matter the size.
We're proud to be a local business. We know the area, we understand what homeowners here need, and we're always on hand to offer honest advice before any work begins.
